Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully packs your product within 1–2 business days.
We double-check every jar to ensure it’s sealed, safe, and ready to ship before handing it over to our courier partners.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped — including your tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Time

UK Orders: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: May take 7–14 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.

Delays due to holidays, weather, or courier issues are rare but possible. If that ever happens, we’ll keep you informed right away.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain amount (check the latest offer on our website).
For smaller orders, standard shipping rates apply — calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If there’s a mistake or you need to change your address after placing the order, contact us within 12 hours at arbalestuk@gmail.com or via Instagram (@arbalest.uk).
Once your order is dispatched, we won’t be able to redirect it.

If your package gets lost or delayed, our team will coordinate directly with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
Send us your order number and a photo/video of the issue — we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
